Automation Projects Undertaken

Soan BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. - Machine down time monitoring system, where all the machines downtime can be monitored centerally and machine will be stopped if machine is down above alloted time or machine production is low as per given schedule, untill proper reason for the machine downtime is not provided by the operator. Machine efficiency can be calculated effectively. JJ Automation handled machine side electrical wiring and logic modificaiton. Machines on which we worked include Muratec, Mazak, Toyoda Grinding, LMW. we worked along with ACE Automation on this project.

Soan BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. - Automatic tool offset correction in ACE Turning Center, Where tool offset is corrected directly from measurement gauge through RS232 communication protocal. Handled the electrical wiring, machine logic modification and macro programming of machine. We worked alongside Versa Gauges on this project.

Jtekt India Ltd. - Poka Yoke done on various machines including Turning centers, SPM's, Grinders to ease the operation and improve the safety of the operator

Somic ZF Components Pvt. Ltd. - Inegration of Panasoinc robot in a cell consisting of CNC and SPM machines. We handled integration of robot with CNC turning center. 

Munjal Kiriu Industries Pvt. Ltd. - Integration of rotary table as 4th axis in Jyoti make vertical milling machine. We handled logic modification, parameterization and wiring.

Titan Enggeering Solutions. - Integration of rotary table as 4th axis in AMS make vertical milling machine. We provided Fanuc servo drive, and servo wiring. We handled Fanuc 0i-MD 4th axis activation, logic modification, parameterization and wiring.
