- Q: What brands of CNC parts do you supply?
- We stock and supply parts for Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Brother CNC systems — including controllers, servo drives, servo motors, PCB boards, encoders, cables, power supplies, and connectors.
- Q: Do you sell new parts, used parts, or both?
- We sell both new and tested used/refurbished parts. All parts — new or used — are 100% tested before dispatch. Used parts are clearly labelled and priced accordingly.
- Q: Do you offer repair services?
- Yes. We repair CNC controllers, servo drives, servo motors, spindle motors, PCB boards, and more. We offer both send-in repairs and on-site service visits across India.
Ordering & Pricing
- Q: Why are some products showing ₹0 or no price?
- Some parts have variable pricing based on condition, model variant, or availability. Please contact us with the part number for a live quote. We respond within a few hours during business hours.
- Q: How do I place an order for a part I need?
- You can add parts directly to the cart and checkout online. For parts without a listed price or for bulk orders, contact us via phone or email and we'll provide a custom quote.
- Q: Do you offer bulk or AMC pricing?
- Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
- Q: Do you ship across India?
- Yes, we ship to all major cities and industrial zones across India via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Q: How do I track my order?
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to your registered email and phone number.
Warranty & Support
- Q: What warranty do you provide?
- New parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Used/refurbished parts carry a 3-month warranty. Repaired parts carry a 3-month warranty on the repair work performed.
- Q: What do I do if I receive a wrong or damaged part?
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at jj.automation@outlook.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
- Q: Do you provide on-site support?
- Yes. We offer on-site CNC breakdown support, preventive maintenance, retrofitting, and AMC services. Call +91 8802212394 to schedule a visit.
