Refund policy

At JJ Automation we want you to buy CNC spare parts with confidence. This policy explains returns, warranty and refunds.

Warranty
Every tested used / refurbished part is supplied with a warranty against functional failure. New parts carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty. The exact warranty period is confirmed on your invoice or quotation.

Dead-on-arrival (DOA)
If a part is found faulty on arrival, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video and the fault details. We will repair, replace or refund the item after inspection.

Returns
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection. The buyer arranges and pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a DOA part. Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue return instructions.

Non-returnable items
Custom-programmed, specially-sourced, unlocked/serviced, or clearly-marked as-is items are not returnable. Parts damaged by incorrect installation, wrong voltage, mishandling or removal of serial/warranty markings are not covered.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
