These Terms govern your use of the JJ Automation website (jjautomation.in) and the purchase of products and services from us. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing
We supply new and tested used / refurbished CNC spare parts and related repair services for Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Haas and other CNC systems. Product photos are representative. Many items are sold on a quotation basis; the applicable price, availability, warranty and lead time are confirmed at the time of quotation or invoice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to accept or decline any order.

Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment (or agreed advance) is received. Ownership of goods passes on full payment.

Shipping
We ship Pan-India and can arrange export. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed against carrier delays.

Warranty & returns
Warranty, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Use of parts
CNC parts must be installed and commissioned by qualified personnel. JJ Automation is not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside manufacturer specifications. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the item concerned.

Intellectual property
Brand names and part numbers are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for identification and compatibility reference only. JJ Automation is an independent supplier and is not an authorised representative of the OEMs unless expressly stated.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
