Shipping Policy

JJ Automation ships CNC spare parts across India and can arrange export shipments on request.

Dispatch
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Quote-based or specially-sourced items are dispatched once the order is confirmed and ready; the lead time is advised at quotation.

Delivery
We ship through reputed courier and transport partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location and carrier. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is booked.

Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout or included in your quotation/invoice. For heavy or high-value items we may advise freight separately.

Damage in transit
Inspect your shipment on delivery. Report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
