Mitsubishi Cooling Fans — MDS Drive & Control Unit Fans India
MDS drive running hot, fan rattling, or over-temperature alarms creeping in? JJ Automation supplies Mitsubishi cooling fans for MDS servo/spindle drive units, power supply (CV) units and CNC control units — sourced fast against your unit's part number, Pan-India shipping from Gurugram. Fans are also replaced as standard in every drive we repair.
What we supply
- Internal and heatsink fans for MDS-A/B, C1, D/DH, D2 and E/EH servo and spindle drive units
- Fans for power supply / CV units (MDS-C1-CV, MDS-D-CV)
- Control unit and cabinet fans for M60/M64 through M70/M80 systems
Why fans first
Heat is what actually kills MDS units — dried bus capacitors (the undervoltage story in our alarm 10 guide) and stressed power modules start with a stalled fan and a felted heatsink. When a unit runs hot: clean the heatsink, verify the fan, check cabinet filters — before suspecting electronics. A dusty shop kills fans in 3–5 years; replace the cabinet's fans as a set, not as serial breakdowns.
