Need to send your product in for repair? Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and fast service process.

📄 Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Please include the following in your shipment:

• A copy of your Returnable Gate Pass.
  

• Your RA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

• A detailed description of the issue.

Note: Do not send accessories unless they are related to the issue.
