The Fanuc 0i-Model F Plus is the latest 0i-generation CNC — an enhanced 0i-F with the iHMI interface and faster processing. It uses the same modern letter-prefix alarm structure as the 0i-F and 30i/31i series. Below are the alarms seen most often, with causes and fixes.
0i-F Plus Alarm Prefixes
- PS — Program / setting alarms • SV — Servo • SP — Spindle
- OT — Overtravel • OH — Overheat • APC/DS — Encoder • SR — Serial
