The Fanuc A20B-3900-0220 is a FROM/SRAM memory module with 16MB FROM and 1MB SRAM for Fanuc Series 30i/31i/32i-Model A control units. The FROM (flash) stores the CNC system and user software, while the battery-backed SRAM holds part programs, parameters and offsets. SRAM data is lost if the module is swapped without backup — take a full backup first. Interchangeable with A20B-3900-0160.
