Description
The Haas 93-32-8202A spindle motor cooling fan is the 8.85" x 8.85" (225 mm) 115 VAC axial fan fitted to the top of the spindle motor on Haas vertical and horizontal machining centres. It keeps the spindle motor within temperature during long cycles; a seized or noisy fan leads to spindle motor overheat alarms and shortened motor life. Supplied with the aluminium frame, finger guard and wiring lead with connector. At JJ Automation it is available new — tested before dispatch and backed by warranty.
When to replace
Replace on spindle motor over-temperature alarms, fan not turning or turning slowly at power-up, grinding / rattling bearing noise, or a cracked blade.
