Description
The Mitsubishi MR-BKCNS1 brake connector set is the motor-side power connector for the electromagnetic brake leads on Mitsubishi servo motors with brake — used with HG-SR, HG-JR and related motor series driven by MR-J3 / MR-J4 amplifiers (the brake circuit uses this dedicated 2-pin connector separate from the main power plug). At JJ Automation it is available new, checked before dispatch and backed by warranty.
When you need it
Brake connector damaged during motor removal, corroded or coolant-flooded pins causing the brake not to release (axis won't move, brake buzzing), making up a new brake cable for a replacement motor, or lost hardware after maintenance. A failing brake connection on a vertical axis shows up as Z-axis overload or excess-error alarms — replace the connector before condemning the motor.
