Description
The OSA253S2 Mitsubishi Electric encoder is a 20-bit (1,048,576 pulses/rev) absolute serial servo motor encoder (catalogued as the 25,000 p/rev class). It is fitted to Mitsubishi HA / HC-RT series CNC servo motors (for example HC153RT, HA23NC-S, HA33NC-S) with MDS series drives. It converts the rotation of the motor shaft into position and speed feedback for the servo amplifier and CNC, giving accurate positioning and stable motor control in CNC machines, robots and automated machinery. Available new and as tested used/refurbished units with warranty; encoder replacement, programming of the motor ID and motor alignment service also available.
