Description
The Siemens SINUMERIK 840D NCU 570.2 (6FC5357-0BH00-0XE1) is a numerical control unit for the SINUMERIK 840D / 840DE system: NCU 570.2 — special-configuration 840D NCU (-0BH00-0XE1), successor to the NCU 570 for specific OEM machine series; supplied for repair-exchange where the original NCU is no longer available from Siemens. It plugs into the NCU box alongside the SIMODRIVE 611D drive rack and runs the NC kernel, PLC program and axis interpolation. At JJ Automation it is available new and as tested used / refurbished — checked before dispatch and backed by warranty.
When to replace
Control not booting, watchdog or NCK system alarms, corrupted SRAM / CF card data, repeated battery-backup failures, or physical damage after a power event.
